Yesterday morning, I set out for my 'long' run of the week. I've been estimating how many miles I've been running, since I don't have the Garmin personal training watch I would love to have. I thought I had run 15 miles. Guess what!!! I drove my course in the evening (after my lovely Family Reunion) and I actually ran 18.7 miles! WOW!!! I'm proud of myself!
Guess I've been running longer than I had thought on my shorter days too...not that they are that short!
Now, a day of rest!!! :)
